Are there any condos still available?

We have 3 types of condos available for rent. See the availability page or contact our rental team for details.

Do I have access to parking with my apartment?

Parking is not included in the rental price of the apartment, but it is possible to rent it. Contact us for prices.

Can I have a storage space?

Yes, it is possible to rent a storage space with your apartment. Contact us for more details.

Is my pet accepted?

Neutered cats and dogs up to 10 pounds are accepted.

Are appliances included?

Dishwashers are included in the rent for all condos. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are included in the 3 ½ and are available for other unit types at an additional charge. Ask a leasing agent for details.

Is there air conditioning in the NOVA apartments?

Yes, each NOVA apartment has a wall-mounted air conditioner with heating.

Can I have a BBQ on my balcony?

Electric BBQ's are allowed on the balconies. If needed, a BBQ is available on the rooftop terrace.

Can I recharge my electric car?

Yes, there are a few charging stations for electric cars available to all tenants.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes, a bus stop is right in front of the complex.
Also, the REM station is under construction not far which will take you quickly downtown.
